In 1996 Fred came up with the idea to bring in artists from all over Sweden and cover the inner city walls of Trollhättan with art.
For two years, Fred togather with his current art dealer Dan Möllengård arranged, curated and organized "Swedens Biggest Outdoor Exhibition".
